Olympic champion Billy Mills says he's living proof that aboriginal athletes can succeed at all levels of sport and life. Mills, 71, will be at the Whitecap Dakota First Nation sports complex south of Saskatoon tonight. He's scheduled to give a motivational talk to 500 athletes and staff attending a day-long training camp.
